We try to be proactive and help our customers avoid technical issues when possible. We do our best to future proof our infrastructure and inform our customers of updates and manufacturers’ changes before they occur. We don’t want you to be caught by surprise so we do our best to communicate when products are reaching end of life, when mandatory updates are being released, and provide suggestions on making sound decisions when upgrading.
